Backup restore to different model messed up LED

I’ve had CCR1036-12G-4S and it was to be replaced with CCR1036-8G-2S+ so I’ve created backup, performed restore on new router, fixed manually few things interface related and everything was working, but then I noticed that my LEDs on SFP+ ports are not behaving as expected (they weren’t blinking).
In settings this is what I found

Default config in blue is read-only and I’m unable to change it, so I had to add few rules manually in order to make LEDs blink. Is there a way to restore LED settings to their original state without restoring all router settings to factory?

Backups are for the exact same machine only. Even when transferring between same models can screw things up. Not only speaking of cloning the mac addresses .
I’d advise to factory-reset the new router, export the config from the old, adjust the rsc file and then import it to the new.
