Backup Server (LoadBalancin)

hi
is there any way to implement a backup Server (Routeros or RB) to always synchronize the information , configurations and users (everything) ?
Like the Active directory in Windows server that they sync every information they have?
I mean to Load Balance them?

Not currently no. The closest you can get is VRRP, but that is just simple fail over, they don’t share any state information between them.

how about load balancing of service. i mean i have around 1000 VPN clients i’m going to need one more RB. is it possible that load balance them to increase the speed. or if one fail the other one could accept logins? or work together (some people login to RB1 and some to RB2 randomly)?
