It creates problem sometimes..I means the system hangs or cant boot sometime..What to to to remove the bad blocks.

18 months ago, i had bad block almost 33 blocks but i don’t have problem. and a few month ago i did do cleaaring it i used format the nand on RB511. sorry i don’t remember for the time.
my action just make clear it.

bad blocks is not a problem, RouterOS corrects them and avoids writing on them. If you get more than a hundred (not likely) you can use the mentioned NAND fix command from the BIOS.

please use netinstall to reinstall the routerOS.
It fix your problem
please install it from serial null modem cable
check out what is the status
after that you are not getting this kind of problems
hanging problems are due to that bad blocks

You can’t install Router OS via serial null modem cable.

Sorry boot the device with serial null modem cable and install the ROS by Ethernet and with the help of Netinstall
