bad ping and high latency

Make sure AP is not operating under heavy traffic load. We need more information about your configuration (clients connected, connection quality, traffic generated on the wireless interface, etc.)
You can prioritize ICMP packets over wireless network to get stable pings.


  • how about channel at your place [on your wireless channel], maybe overloaded channel.
  • how about distance between AP to CPE
  • how about pointing the antenna
  • how about security your wirelessly
