i don’t know why
What signal on client? What distance? What protokol -NV2, Nstream or 802.11a?
What noise? And what antena have client?

no any protocol active because AP Mikrotik Clint ubnt 20 users
It is bad combination.
Beter is use AP - mikrotik, clients mikrotik and NV2
or
AP UBNT, clients UBNT and active Airmax
