Hey Guys!

Just wanted to get a second opinion before i RMA this device. Seems my Ethernet in port 1 is bad.

Symptoms:
No ethernet on port 1
(Works fine if i Power it via port 1, and use another cable in port 2-5)

Steps to correct:
Changed ethernet cables
Changed POE injector

So i guess there is no software setting that shuts off the ethernet that maybe got turned on?

hi, this equipment has reaches by electric storm? i smell must be go to rma.

I remember something being wrong with it also. But I managed to successfuly solve it, so don’t rush to RMA it. Try powering it via ether1 and connect via ether2. Then do a factory reset or netinstall and reconfigure from scratch. Leds are also weirdly configured by default
