bandwidth by groups

i need to distribute my bandwidth by groups… i have business and home users, i need to assure bandwidth to business users with dedicated 256kbps and my home users to share lets say a 512kbps between 5 -10…
could it work with parent quees?

Address-list + Mangle is option to divide all the users per different groups.
Queues to set limit for the creates packet-marks.
PCQ queue is great opportunity to divide specific amount of bandwidth between the user’s group, or set specific bandwidth to each user group.
