I have at the moment two ideas:

Just make unlimited speed for all accounts, not the best, couse @night all speed will be down, so pings are big etc, but on other side, from 01:00-06:00 there’ll be just downloaders, i think

As i use PPPoE with dynamic IP, so when user logins, he becomes ip from pool and gets limit-at parameter with own profile in queue.
It should work, if I’ll give static IP (remote-ip) and make two rules for day and night with time parameter?
Or is there easer step-by-step to make it quickier? couse, in second way i should make a lot of work to make it happy
