Bandwidth is downed suddenly

MY name is phani. I am using mike 2.9.47
I am using static network and i have 200 clients. i have 2MB bandwidth.
suddenly bandwidth is downed automatically up to 1200kb when i connect to the lan .
on that time i disconnect the lan then testing i have full bandwidth.
normally i am getting yahoo.com ping nearly in between 180 to 210 ms
at the problem occurrences on that time ping delay goes to 600 to 800 .
in that time upload is also normal nearly 300 to 350 kb.
give the proper solution for our problem .

Do you subscribe with Asymetric service ?
Usually this case happened when you subscribe with the asymetric service. When the upload goes higher, you’ll get the bonus too, that is latency increasing ..

Check that first.
