bandwidth issue when repeating with nstreme2

What is the effect on bandwidth of creating two separate links as in a scenario where a repeater is involved.
ie:
a to b via nstreme2
b connected to c via a 100Mb/s switch
b to c via nstreme2.

Using g turbo on atheros AR5213’s i get 24Mb/s from a to b and the same from c to d.
As soon as i test from a to d is only get 1/2 or 12MB/s.

Is this normal for nstreme2 ?
I am of the understanding that nstreme2 operates similar full duplex where you can have lots of hops (repeaters) without losing too much bandwidth.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If in B you have, only one board and two minipci the issue could be related to the cpu utilizzation.

We tried combining b and c on a four port pci to mini pci adaptor card - 3.0Ghz P4 512Mb Ram 20Gb HDD. We have the same results. Anyone prepared to help consult with the problem - prepared to pay for assistance.

We need to bounce the signal 20Km from the source to a repeater with relays it another 40Km to the client.

Something like that can be seen in nstreme1 repeated links

You are welcome to send you supout file to support and they will look at the configuration.
