Bandwidth Limit from RADIUS doesn't apply

Hello folks

I’m using both hAP mini and LtAP mini .. I configured hotspot on both and the authentication is done through my cloud-based FreeRADIUS. Everything works fine in terms of authentication. Yet, I configured my RADIUS to limit the max upload speed and download speed to 2Mbps and 1Mbps respectively. Whenever I test the speed after being authenticated, I can see speeds much higher than 2Mbps/1Mbps .. which means that my RADIUS rule didn’t apply. Same applies for the RADIUS configured Session Idle Timeout.

How can I force my MikroTik routers to abide by the RADIUS rules for the bandwidth and idle timeout?
