I have PPoE setup in which dynamic queues are created as a user login. I want to limit the bandwidth on WAN interface which will not cross a certain limit e.g 120Mbps. Please, help me to do the needful.

Please can you explain a bit more? Why do you want to limit the WAN interface? Like having Gigabit internet speed, but limiting it to 100Mbps?
If you want to limit, you can use queues (as you already mentioned). Are simple queues not sufficient?

Actually, the WAN interface is connected with ISP, so that’s the reason to limit bandwdith on the WAN interface.
