Hi;
i bought RBSXTG-2HnD v2 device that im using in ap bridge mode, as AP sector for part of my yard.
Im new to Microtik OS and Microtik devices, what i have done on device is i created “bridge1” added ports “wlan1” and “ethr1” to the brdige.
Everyting running ok i provide internet from my modem to the device ethr1 port bridged to wlan1 and than to wireless clients. I hope thats the way it should be.
In interfaces tab its written that ethr1 and wlan1 are slave and running. When i whant to limit my bandwidth via IP i go to simple queues i create a rule im not even sure how to configure it right there is target(ip address of client) and dst which is a bit strange what to put. Let me explain, after i created the bridge and added ports there is only few kb/s going over it, but wlan1 and ethr1 are on 5mbit/s. Also after creating simple queue it creates ARP rule for that ip but for bridge1 and it cannot be changed on wlan1 or ethr1 because its slave. Can someone please elaborate my problem of client bandwidth limitation and teach me how to limit bandwidth.
