Bandwidth Limitation

Hello

I’ve got a question , we want to prepare WIFI point-to-multipoint service for some customers.

we’ve got internet service , a PPPoE router & a RB433AH with wireless 5Ghz antenna in our office ( ISP ).
The RB433AH sets up on “AP Bridge” mode.

Our customers got SXT 5HnD & all of them are set up on “bridge” mode.

Now all customers got PPPoE client in their CPEs & PPPoE client connected to our PPPoE router & they have access to the internet.
So we want run bandwidth limitation for customers in our Mikrotik ( RB433AH ).

So could you help me how to do this ?
I attached a diagram of our network for better understanding in this mail.

Best Regards

You could setup the PPPoE ip pool on the 433 AP and in pppoe secrets set bandwidth limits for each clients.

Dear Sir

Thank you for your update.

I want all wireless clients connect to our cisco PPPoE router & the RB433AH can bandwidth limits for each clients.
Is it possible ?

Kindest Regards

There are a couple of ways to do this.
Simple Queues or PCQ

Can the bandwidth limits be done on the cisco router?

Dear my friends

First Simple Queues and PCQ

I read the Simple Queues & PCQ in WIKI website but i think can’t use those features because all customers connect via PPPoE connection & Simple Queues works with Dst. IP address.

I can’t Bandwidth Limitation in our PPPoE router.

Is it possible to limit customers interface in RB433AH ?

Best Regards

I use 433ah’s for PPPoE authentication with bandwidth limiting on a routed network with OSPF,
