bandwidth Limiting

Hi,

I am new to Mikrotik and wonder if this is possible.

I use winbox to configure software.

(1) I wish to setup a number of queues to contend customers. I want to add 25 customers to each queue each with 512kbps down 128kbps up with a maximum burst of 768kbps.

Is there an example of how to do this using winbox?
