Bandwidth Management - Not working

Hello there,
I am new to MT, I have a RB2011iAS-RM. I have configured the following

VLANS

VLAN 10
VLAN 20
VLAN 30

ETH1 - ISP (WAN)
ETH2 - Added VLANs 10,20 and 30 to it (so it is a trunk port)

BRIDGES

BRIDGE-VLAN 20 (IP 172.16.20.1/24) - Added ports ETH6, ETH8 and ETH10
BRIDGE-VLAN 30 (IP 172.16.30.1/24) - Added ports ETH7, ETH9

DHCP
DHCP applied via the BRIDGE-VLAN 20 AND 30

NOTE; Clients can get both VLAN DHCP addressese and can the access internet

PROBLEM

  1. When I apply the queue targets via both IP address, VLANs or Bridge-VLANs 20 and 30, it does not work
  2. When I apply the pcq queues, the connection drops

Please assist on who I can get the queues working, appreciate very much any prompt assistance
