I manage wireless Internet for an apartment community. We occasionally have people using file sharing who will disrupt all other users. I’m looking for ways to reduce the impact.
I’m currently replacing the system we have with 912G Access points and CRS125 Cloud router switches. The Wiki has several options for bandwidth management using queues and bandwidth limiting.
My question is, should I be focusing my bandwidth management at APs, the Switches, or both? Anyone have a similar setup that’s working well for them?
