I get Internet/all other website Speed/real bandwidth (10mpbs)
and Youtube bandwidth (100mpbs)
Now i want to give my two pc 192.168.5.9 & 192.168.5.26 these two ip get internet bandwidth/all other website 2 mbps and youtube bandwitdh 50 mbps
