Bandwidth Restriction to single IP

Hi

I had CRS326-24G router/switch, upgraded with latest version 6.42.5

I had issue with my mail server that clients sending large files as email attachments. I tried to add simple queue. Also tried to mark packets with mangle, but it seems not working.

I think restrict bandwidth or file upload limit to resolve the issue. How to bandwidth from and to client or file upload limit (not more than 10 mb) to our mail server with ip (172.35.80.88) or ethernet port - ether4. So if they send large files there ip should restrict for some time or limit there bandwidth, so other users can send email.

Please guide.

Use simple queue for upload for LAN source address or use it for server source address for download.
