Been testing some new links really hard with a pretty standard MT config with 400/600 boards and XR5’s. Using high power X86 and RB1000 devices with 3.30 for test endpoints, 3.30 on all wireless devices, sometimes bandwidth test seems to ‘disconnect’ the far side device, but you can go to the AP and MAC telnet to it, reboot it, and it comes back.
Lest anyone asks. Seems not to care the to and from combinations, or anything else. Just hit the farside IP with a TCP ‘send’ bandwidth test (the latest in 3.30), and sure enough you eventually will lose layer 3 connectivity to the ‘to’ IP device…Bitrates in these test were all relatively high, in the 30Mbps range TCP. This is legacy 5GHz with Nstreme enabled point-to-point links, sometimes daisy chained…Otherwise, no other anomalies…
This is coincident with using all ROS 3.30 on this new network segment. Has anyone seen this?
