We have totaly 65 km wireless link on 3 tower.Each tower has RB1100Ah*2 and they are connecting with Ligowave pro series to the other tower.When we try to bandwidth test between 2 tower MK cpu load %100 with the standart settings.During the test we haven’t any firewall rule and etc…We want to see only max.capacity of each site according to link capacity.But after the cpu load max. test is given failure…Is it related with version or …?

its because you use TCP protocol for bandwidth test.use UDP and test again.
when you use TCP protocol RouterOS must to generate a big traffic for your bandwidth test and then your CPU load will be increase up to 100%.
for give a better result i think if you use windows bandwidth test tools (you can download from mikrotik website) on two host on side of your communication line its better than use bandwidth test on mikrotik.
