Bandwith control on each port

Well at start I will say that my english is bad but I hope you will understand what I want to do.

I’ve got MikrTik RouterBOARD 750

I know that he got 5 ports

1: this one is for WAN
2:
3:
4:
5:


Okay now,

I got internet 20MB, my question is, if there is any possibility to do bandwith on each port.
It should work like, if I put to the port 2. lan cabel, the maximum speed download will be 4MB and upload 2MB.

So, someone know how to do that ?
It would really help me a lot.

For some simple management open winbox, select interface, the ethernet you want to limit, and select the bandwidth limit you want from some possibility provided.
