I want to limit bandwith to users. i have tried to limit it by using simple queue, hotspot user profiles and pcq, however it is only working when I have winbox runing. Is it mandatory to have a winbox windows open to control bandwith? I am using 6.29.1.

Any wiki info, documentation, or forum posts available on how to have simple queues work without winbox running?
Running WebFig v6.30.2 on a RB951Ui-2HnD.
Mine seems to work even if Winbox is not running… Did you find anything else out on this?
I posted my problem in more detail in another thread hoping for more help on this. I still have to have winbox running for the simple queue to work. I am sure it is something I am overlooking because it seems pretty straightforward.
