How do I configurate the bandwith in a Mikrotik WinBox

  1. you can configure the pools (the worst choice)
  2. you can configure the hotspot (the best and quick choice)
  3. you can configure “special tricks” using firewall and mangle rules

there are some tutorials on the net. please google for “bandwith routeros” instead of mikrotik or winbox.
