bandwith shaping and squid cache

is there any possibilty to disable shaping from the cached objects in the squid inside mikrotik ? it means if pppoe user requested any already downloaded file he can get it with full speed lan

but as i understood fromt he example i will not be able then to shape the clients , the example now shape the outgoing interface of the router
