Speedtest.net or similar one..
Had a customer tell me that he was not getting the speed he was paying for?
Only option was go out to him and repeat the tests on speedtest.net and demonstrate the difference between testing onto a busy server location selected and a low load server, he was totally dismayed when a server about 70kms away was giving a much lower speed result and one half way around the world was showing a faster speed ?
Point is carefully select several servers and note the min and max speed results, a point I don’t see emphasised on most speed test sites and customers will take the first test as accurate?
tried that similar results tried downloading a small file like 2 mb and it was taking 5 mins to download or more mikrotik graphs show
Max In: 35.25 Kb Average In: 13.57 Kb Current In: 27.92 Kb
Max Out: 156.90 Kb Average Out: 65.65 Kb Current Out: 139.06 Kb
does that show my pipe is 35kbps ?
just ask your isp tech support, may be they have link problem to you
