I need to set up three or four panel antennas on a small (~5ft) equipment mast on a flat rubber roof, using a weighted surface-mount frame. This area sometimes experiences high winds (storm gusts well over 100mph), so we are concerned about wind load.
What I have in mind is something barrel-shaped that we can put over the whole thing and tie it down. Has anyone here tried this approach? How did it work out, and what lessons can you pass along? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
