Basebox 2 "bricks"

Hello, I have a BaseBox 2 with ROS 6.35 and when I shutdown this router and then power on again, sometimes boot ok, until that can’t boot anymore.
When this occurs I reinstall ROS 6.35 with NetInstall, and works ok, but after some restarts, it brick again.
How can I fix it?
I leave a screenshoot of “Resources” menu.

If netinstall doesn’t fix the issue then you should consider replacing the unit

Format nand from routerboot. before formating, export your license

How can I format the NAND without serial port?

You must open basebox2 case and using serial uart converter ( usb to ttl module or usb to uart module) connect to routerboard tx and rx pin then connect to routerboot bios with putty software.

Actually I haven’t any of these converters, but i’m going to buy one later and I’ll try.

A question: Where can I connect the module?

The pins inside the buzzer tx rx gnd vcc.
Connect routerboard tx to rx of ttl module and connect routerboard rx to tx of ttl module. The vcc must be connected to 3.3 volt of the ttl module and gnd to gnd module

After ROS 6.42, no more problems with the unit. Weird.

Anyway, some day I’m going to test this.
