Basebox 2 - Netinstall

I have some Basebox 2 (out of warranty) that lose their program often and I have to do them Netinstall constantly. Do you know anything? Is there a solution?

Check bad sectors. (System → Resources)

3% - 4%. but i have basebox 2 with 7% badblocks which works normally

I have one with 1% and some days ago was on a boot loop simply by rebooting. I not know if exists a solution to correct bad blocks.
