Hello everyone…

This is the first time I joined the forum…
I bought two BaseBox 5 last month and one of them - after bad weather conditions - stopped functioning.
This means that when you plug it in (using PoE injector of course), no leds turn on. It seems to be completely dead.
When I checked its motherboard, there was no apparent damage.
I’d like to ask if someone has datasheet for BaseBox 5 or knows a way to fix it (e.g., a bad fuse or diode, etc.)

Start by inspecting the RJ45 inner contacts for rust or damage.

Have you tried a different POE?

AFAIK this radio is based on a RB912, have a look at a fully populated RB912, notice lower left DC-in, another possible test would be powering it straight from that DC input, to rule out POE related damage.
