BaseBox2 LTE problems

Hi All,

I’ve purchased a Mikrotik BaseBox 2 and plugged in a SIM card to the MiniPCI-e slot (LTE functionality is successfully tested on my phone).
My problem is that I cannot see the LTE interface. I’ve switched the USB type from USB Type A to Mini PCIe, but still.

Do you have any idea how should I proceed?

From your description, you only placed a SIM card in its slot. What LTE modem did you put into the miniPCI express slot?

SIM cards don’t plug into the MiniPCI-e slot. They go into the Sim card slot. Assuming you are using a supported Modem plugged into the MiniPCI-e slot you should see the device in interface LTE.
