BaseBox2 / RB912 2GHz clients stop connecting

I have 4 BaseBox2 units (with R11e-5HnD cards also installed) 3 of which are displaying odd behaviour. Once a week or so, I find that no 2GHz clients are connected - usually overnight the couple of things left on will report ‘disconnected, extensive data loss’. No 2GHz clients will connect until the 2GHz interface is disabled/renabled (or a reboot…). 5GHz continues to work throughout this, so most of the clients don’t notice but there are a few 2GHz people who just can’t associate with the APs in this state. They are running 6.40.4

Nothing other than the disconnection of clients is logged at the wireless info level, and because I’m not on site I’ve not been able to assess this from a client point of view. I have switch on debug logging on the APs to see if it catches anything.

Has anyone seen anything similar and/or got any suggestions for how to investigate without too much disruption to clients (ie when it happens I do need to fix a stuck unit ASAP and can’t spend hours debugging it…)
