Hello we have some Basebox5 and RB911 working. After a few days working correctly some of them after reboot stop to operate. The devices are switched on but stop at the first beep.
I had not yet time to try the Netinstall but the number of such cases is increasing in the last period.

Have you upgrade the routerboard to the latest routeros?

You should use netinstall

I did not use netinstall for now due to time constraints but I think that some event, such as a sudden shut down, this can cause the problem.
