I setup an APN modem using BaseBox 5 and Sierra mc 8775.
In order to access my SimCard data, I made a PPP connection and I worked. Unfortunately, the modem was being disconnected after a while ( around 3-4 hours). Sometimes, the modems will be reconnected and disconnected again.
I configured my logs to see my ppp connection and the following logs was recorded.
and finally after a while
I setup an netwatch to ping an IP, if the static IP is not respondedm, the PPP connection must be disabled and then enable.
Sometimes, the netwatch was being worked and sometimes it doesn’t work.
would you please help me to solve the described problem? there are one hundred modems, and I didn’t know how can I solve this problem.
