Basic Advice on RouterOS hardware selection

Hello all,

I would like to test the MT solution for my upcoming project and would like to get an idea from you guys if possible about what hardware will be suitable for the application. I have to build up a network of 50 PCs (windows network, in two main segments of 25 machines each), that will have 50 IP phones (one per PC), and one single internet connection point with 1Mbps of bandwidth (ADSL modem). The router will be on this single connection point. Basically users will do email checking, web browsing and VoIP (there will be a local IP PBX, so provide quality of service to the network is a must), also there will be 2 shared printers.

As a high level estimation, what processor should be needed? and how much memory? If possible I would like to test with a standard RouterBoard hardware like 500 model, for example.

Thanks for any help you can provide to me and regards,
Alberto Peyro

This may not exactly answer you question, but I found this link one time that I thought was a really fair look at RouterOS when used as a router in a corp. environment:

Hope it helps you.
