I want to know what this is ( 2a03:7900:6::/48) where come that from?
Is that the IP-adres of the routerboard ore what?

You should get more familiar with IPv6 before configuring your RouterOS.
The IPv6 prefix in the Wiki is just an example. Usually you get an /64 /48 prefix from your ISP if they support IPv6.
