Basic router set up with IPTV and IPv6

Hi all,
Looking for some advice and pointers.
I have just bought a Mikrotik Hap AC2 to use instead of an ISP’s router/AP (a BT smart hub 2) for FTTP I don’t need the wireless functionality ( I have unifi APs controlled through a cloud key), but just need to configure the Mikrotik for

  • PPPoE access to the ISP (BT, Full Fibre)
  • One port to connect to a Unifi switch ( for home LAN, APs etc)
  • One port /Vlan for separate guest network & subnet
  • Allow IPTV through for BT sport
  • Enable iPv6. (/56 prefix)
  • DHCP & firewall etc
But I haven’t used Mikrotik before! So yet another interface to grapple with … presume I will use Winbox.

Am I better off starting from the configuration that comes with the switch or starting from scratch??

I found a link for configuring IPTV https://www.premitel.uk/consultancy/expert-advice/how-to-configure-bt-ip-tv-on-mikrotik-routerboard/ , but are there simple “standard” configurations for ISP router
replacement setup so I can avoid reinventing the wheel?

Many thanks!
