I just updated my firmware on a AP from 6,32 to 6.48 and the one big thing I noticed is that in (Interface Wlan1) the option to set the security profile is gone. The security profile tab is still there, and the security profile I created is still there. but it is not a option to set it in the wlan1 interface page, So how do you set the Security profile to be used now? Took a pic of the old version and the new in case I did a poor job of explaining what I am asking in the link below.
All of my Access points are running nv2 with the security profile option, was it suppose to have been removed in the new version?
And what is being run in its place, I was taught running a Access point in “any” mode is a horrible thing to do..
going to switch is to Nstream I get the security protocol option back, and from what I read today people are saying it works better with this new version.
I don’t know when it changed because I don’t use NV2 but you can set your NV2 Preshared Key by going to the NV2 tab in the window shown in your screen shots.
