[Beginner] Firewall or Filter Rule Help me EXPERTS

Hello dear experts. Please help.
I just joined the forum and beginner.

Our company use RouterBoard 1100.
ether1. public ip address
ether2. 192.168.1.0/24
ether3. 192.168.2.0/24
ether4. 192.168.3.0/24
and
ether5. 10.10.1.0/24 /this ip address from external network./
What i want is only ether2 can connect to ether5. Others are not.

Please help me guys.

All interfaces are can’t connect to each other without any configuration.
What i want is only one interface need to connect to the application/10.10.1.4/.
How do i configure it. Should i use firewall if yes how do i do?
For example.
My ip address is 192.168.1.22. Application ip address is 10.10.1.4.
Application has a web interface.
Please help me dear EXPERTS.
