Beginner needs help simple queue.

Hi.

I hope some one can help I am using version 6.4.

I am trying to make 2 simple queues for a NNTP client (Not so simple)
I would like to allow a fast speed from 2am till 6am
and then have a limited speed from 6am till 2am

What ever i do it will not allow me to add them times is there a work around?
Thanks for any advice.

Did you resolve this problem with a latter version of ROS or do you still need help with it?
