best advice for this wireless link (point to point link)

hello all,
I just established a point to point link with 2 mikrotik radio (rb411) both, one as bridge and the other one as wds.

What i get as my signal strenght is -76/78, in 5ghz. When i ping, i get response of 1ms. Is there a way i can do any thing to improve the speed? What benefit do i have if i configure it as nstreme dual.

In the two radio is i run bandwidth test the response time increased to 563ms while with d test it replies 1ms.

Please your advice and suggestions are needed urgently here as i need this link to support over 8mbs of bandwdith in full duplex.

Hello,

At first change “Country” to e.g. Germany, than Apply.
Do “Freq. usage”… Check on You antenna for what frequency range is made, 5100 - 5800? 5400-5800?
Update software to at least v4.17…
Set both RBs wlan1 to “Mode: bridge”, try to turn of WDS… Bridge ether1 & wlan1 on both RBs…

How long is your wireless link? What are your antenna specs?

Frequecy = 5100 - 5800

Update software to at least v4.17…
Software updated to 5.6

Set both RBs wlan1 to “Mode: bridge”, try to turn of WDS… Bridge ether1 & wlan1 on both RBs…
The rb are in bridged mode, with wds turned on.

How long is your wireless link?
