Please inform me about the best and good omni antenna works with metal 2shpn cos the hyperlink antenna is not working good with this device
Please clarify what is not working with your current antenna. It is possible that the antenna is OK, but your configuration should be improved, or that there are some other problems./
most of the time an omni antenna is a bad ideea because the ones with more than 10dbi gain have a low vertical angle. I had better results with 8dbi than 12dbi.
I’ve had mixed results with Hyperlink antennas. Great folks to work with (been a while tho), but their 10dBi 2.4GHz omni actually much worse signal than a Laird 12dBi omni, as in I had to be in just the right spot to get a horribly unreliable connection. Laird 12dBi 75ft up a tower in the same location, works under it, 10+ miles away…
I’ve still got a few here, been meaning to test again to make sure I didn’t have a cable issue, but so far I’ve had no luck.
