Best AP Config in hotspot

I’m looking for some tweaks to help AP performance.
I have started to see some really bad performance from our hotspot APs. The units are RB411’s with XR2 cards. They are setup in AP-Bridge mode and are acting as dumb bridge that connects to switch and the switch connects to the hotspot gateway.
If I BWtest from the AP it’s self I get 35 to 45mbps back to the NOC. But if I use run the BWtest from a laptop that’s connected to that same AP I did the BWtest from I only get 6mbps.

Not enough info there. What distance are you talking about? An XR2 has a bunch more power than a laptop card. It may be the card had to drop to 6M (slow speed and high power) to maintain the connection. Check on the AP for the station’s signal strength snr, etc., compared to the laptop’s.
