I’m currently using 3-4 could routers with centralized radius with usermanager
Our customers are growing up over the thousand ones
unfortunately usermanager causes alot of problems
I was thinking of migrating to a separate radius manager system
Would you help please with the best-ever billing system that do the following ?
(1) combined plans for example
basic 1 Mbps with 100 GB download quota —>remind customer after 50% of usage in a web advertise —> if all usage exceeded —> downgrade customer to 256Kbps —> if expiration date is reached —> suspend customer with forwarding to a billing web notification page
(2) night free mode for downgraded customers
(3) System inside our network not outside (permanent licence)
(4) financial data with managers with different privileges
(5) allowance period for prepaid customers
(6)support help-disk ticketing system if possible
I’ve purchased DMA and i find it unstable and i’m in the try out period thinking of refunding
Any help please ?
