I need to make one ptp, distance 3km, one one site I can use max. one antenna(propably dual polarised).
I am not sure what is best for getting 30/30 mbit/s, stable, good latency. Nv2, nstreme+n, nstreme dual +a?
What do you recommend?

There are several consideration.
- how much noise, interference in the area
- budget

I use nv2 and at 10 miles I see 120M to 150M

about 15 5ghz networks. Mainly on sites where will be ap and client is about 5 other 5ghz radios on both sites.
Budget best ratio price/performance.
I need to get stable 30/30mbit. This is the main priority.
So to go cheap two RB/SXT would most likely give you the bandwidth you are looking for in the cheapest package. but if you ever see your bandwidth needs growing its better to go a bit bigger and more shielded in case it gets a bit more noisy in the future.

I need better alternative, and also expensive is no problem. One both site there are many other 5ghz link, so sexant or sxt cant be used because of noise. Mainly I am interested in protocol: a, n, nstreme, nv2??

I perfer nstreme for stability and latency but nv2 is better for bandwidth.
You either need to use nstreme or NV2 for PtP. 802.11a or 802.11n only is a joke for long distance PtP.
At 3km you probably could get 30/30 with just an XR5 and 40MHz channel but I suggest you use 802.11n and 10MHz.
I suggest you just get a working link and experiment with both protocols to see what works best. I suspect either protocol will give you the bandwidth you want so focus your efforts on properly designing and installing your link so that you have a clear fresnel and good signal stregth. Use good antennas (ex: UBNT RocketDish) and don’t bother with amplifiers. Like another poster said, probably an SXT would be good for this short of a link so rocketdish is probably overkill. SXT would also simplify installation vs a routerboard & separate antenna.
Of course, a UBNT Nanobridge or Nanostation would probably also work and be a simple installation but NV2 and Nstreme are superior protocols for PtP in my experience.
