BEST PRACTICE

I have 3 Mikrotik Routers working as AP but I also need to wireless connect them with my HeadQuoter. Because of distance i have next configuration.

INTERNET-HQ(USRoboticsAP)------wl link-----1AP(2.4Ghz)Mikrotik

1AP(2.4Ghz)-----------wl link--------3AP(2.4Ghz)Mikrotik
1AP(2.4Ghz)-----------wl link--------2AP(2.4Ghz)Mikrotik

Problem is 1AP where I need 3 link for cross links and 1 for AP.
In this moment I have all cross links connected to 1AP, two on Ethernet ports with additional Us Robotics AP and one on wl port. all with GRID antenas. On AP1 i have to use 4 CHANNELS (2.4) what is too much.
I plan to change configuration. As AP1 I will bye OUTDOOR PACKAGE, with PCI RISER CARD and 4 mini PCI.
Is OK next configuration:
1.To put one OMNI antena on 5Ghz on AP1 and to connect all cross links to that OMNI antena (HQ,AP2,AP3).
2. The other solution to use 3 cards on AP1 for crdoss links but with GRID antena.
What you think that is better or somebody have better setup.

Well it all depends… there are many factors to consider when building a network..

Will there be any more connections to 1AP or do you only plan on haveing those two?

Are all the clients connecting to 1AP going to be mikrotik (if they are i’d recommend using NSTREME).

Also I’d ROUTE between all MT routers to reduce broadcast/collision domains and increase network efficiency and performance.

Will there be any more connections to 1AP or do you only plan on haveing those two?
On AP1 I have to connect 3 cross links (HQ(internet),AP2 and AP3) and also users as 4 . All (HQ(internet),AP2 and AP3) will bi MikroTIK clients.
