The best sector antenna will depend on several factors, what is the max angle from the AP are your clients are located, are they within 120°, 90°, 60°, 30° and what is the max distance you need to cover, other considerations are horizontal and vertical beamwidth which decreases when antenna gain increases.
I want to cover 4-5km distance in 360degree radius… I want best sector antenna for DBII F-20Pro & Mikrotik R52H for strong power signals and best quality in my require distance.

Depending on which wireless protocol used and how much bandwidth you want to give each client, you could have been 40 to 70 clients per sector, so do the maths on many sectors are required you may have to setup a second AP site for two reasons, one to cover clients who cannot receive your first site and second to achive client total number of 500.

For up to 5Kms then SXT would be OK
under 1-3km which receiver device you used for clients end ?
Use SXT from 0 to 5Kms
SXT is expensive for clients, please let me know about low cost devices.

Ubiquiti Antennas make spectacular Mikrotik sectors. My only gripe is the the RPSMA connector. We have had good luck with them and found them to be very cost effective.
