Best setup for wireless connect 2 buildings with 2 SXT's

Hi.
I’m a beginner and I want to link 2 buildings wireless.
What is the best configuration for the highest speed.
The 2 buildings are about 200 meters separated for each other.
There is a clear line of sight.
I have 2 SXT’s but don’t know how to configure.

The 2 buildings must be in the same netwerk (192.9.201.x)
No firewalling of something between the buildings.

Who can help.

Hi,
For this manual you send in the link I need a L3 and L4 (L4 voor AP mode)
I think.
I Only have 2 SXT’s with L3
Is there an other solution?
Is this allso good for fast connections?

You use Bridge mode on one end and Station Bridge on the other.

Thanks for your reply.
Can you tell me how to configure this?
If I follow the manual in the link I add than after configuring I cant connect to te devices anymore.
In winbox I see the devices but if I try to connect on Mac or IP than there is an error and I can’t connect
The error is:
Could not connect to (mac address) (port 20561) - timed out!
What is wrong?
