I want contributions to this post from everyone who has implimented bandwidth limiting successfully.
As for me,
I have Hotspot installed and Usermanager running on the same system.
I use UserMnanager to create Users and also give them Rate limit RX 32k and TX 16k.
meaning 16Kbps uplink and 32kbps downlink.
But
When I try to check them in the Active user list of the Hotspot (Through Winbox) I see most of them shooting more than 16k and receiving over 90kbps.
Pls I need contribution from you guys on how to proprely impliment bandwidth limiting.
