Best way to keep system clock up-to-date

I’m having trouble with keep system clock punctual.
Currently, I’m using SNTP client with two different european NTP servers but results are hectic. Sometimes it works, most of the time it isn’t . I have 27 MT devices, with RB3011 as main router, and even that one isn’t syncing properly.
I’m maybe having “ISP block NTP request” issue but I am not certain.
Is the some other reliable way to keep clocks on all MT devices punctual ?

Run your own NTP server?

My DNS servers also double as my NTP servers.

Thanks for the idea mate, I’ve employed my Synology NAS to serve as NTP server and it seems it’s working perfectly !
